A program problem report should include some basic information, like:

Computer type and operating system (and version).

Program version. (Ideally, a whole "unzip -v" or "zip -v" report.)

What you did, and what happened when you did it. Showing actual commands with their actual output is usually more helpful than a vague description or interpretation.
